At Lakeside Horses we breed Quarter and Paint horses from merited mares and stallions. Our goal is to provide western riders in Sweden and Europe with strong and healthy horses that have the ability to perform. We breed on top horses that have had success in competitions reining, cow horse and performance classes at shows in Sweden, Europe, and the USA.
We are proud to announce that we will sponsor the shows at Hälldala Ranch in 2023 with our own class "Lakeside Horses Non Pro Trophy". Each class and show are sponsored with 1000 USD in added money along with decent prizes for the top 3 riders.
The premiere of the "Lakeside Horses Non Pro Trophy" will be at the show NRHA Spring Break 17-22 April 2023, and will be followed by the shows NRHA Spin & Win 17 - 21 May 2023 and NRHA Hälldala Halloween Show 25 - 28 October 2023.
At Lakeside Horses, we have a great passion for animals, above all, our hearts are with the horses. Our ambition is to keep our horses as natural as possible. Our focus is on developing well-handled and safe horses that are social and enjoy working with people. Even though we have extensive experience, we are open to new knowledge and continue to constantly learn lessons through our daily work on the farm but also through courses, clinics and events. Our knowledge contributes to informed decisions regarding breeding, handling, and training of the horses. In addition, we make sure to cooperate with competent trainers, farriers, and other service providers - all to give our horses the best conditions as possible!
